Our chestnuts come from the Galician forests and are carefully selected to guarantee their quality and their natural characteristics, without adding any kind of added ingredient or preservatives. They are perfect to be enjoyed on their own, to prepare roasted chestnuts or to prepare exquisite recipes
We periodically advise our suppliers to optimize the production of their product, and once we receive the chestnuts, they are calibrated and washed with water (to get rid of insects without the use of pesticides). Afterwards, these chestnuts are brushed and selected, so that we can guarantee that the fresh chestnuts our clients receive are of the highest quality and that they maintain all the natural characteristics of the Galician chestnut.
